I was picturing something like this earlier when I read the beer fridge story, and wondering why they bother to use fridges at all.
Christine, Kate told me in an e-mail that real Canadians don’t need a fridge for their beer: they drink it before it’s cold.
Oops, I mean warm.
I am from Canada, beer is consumed cold typically. We are not like the British.
Your girlfriend would do fine in Canada, just make sure you come to the southern West Coast, Vancouver area. It has weather similar to Amsterdam I would think.
Cold is good though sometimes, hence why all the Europeans come here for some of the best skiing in the world.
Saskatchewan is not my ideal place unless I wanted to grow lots of wheat.
