First things first: the grand jury has voted to indict Bernard Kerik. Second things second, Rudy Giuliani - who’s a close friend of Kerik - refuses to say whether or not he will pardon his former business partner if he, Giuliani, becomes America’s next president.
When asked, the former Mayor of New York answered: “It wouldn’t be fair to ask that question at this point.”
It is fair to ask that question and you’ve just given the wrong answer Rudy. You should distance yourself immediately for Kerik. Now you give people the impression that you’re standing by him even when it seems that there are certainly grounds to supsect him of having broken the law. He isn’t convicted yet, but he is in big legal trouble.
If Giuliani wants to attack Clinton personally - re. corruption, bad friends, etc. - well, he has just done himself a tremendous disservice. If this article in the Post receives much attention, Giuliani’s image may greatly be damaged.
As with regards to “may not be charged,” Kagro X (yeah… I know) put it well: “May not be charged? They’re unsealing his indictments today. Indictments. Today.”

In the event Rudy is elected President (God forbid).. will his wife be referred to as “The Third Lady”?
