Jane Wyman Dies

At exactly the same age as her ex and late husband, Jane Wyman has died in her home in Palm Springs earlier today.
To her credit, she remained quiet about Ronald Reagan once he became a governor and then president:
“It’s not because I’m bitter or because I don’t agree with him politically. I’ve always been a registered Republican. But it’s bad taste to talk about ex-husbands and ex-wives, that’s all. Also, I don’t know a damn thing about politics.”
For the record, the bitter one at the end of this relationship was Reagan, not Wyman who decided to end the marriage at the peak of her Hollywood career.
difficult to find that level of integrity in this day and age.
